What Mundo Wallet is

Mundo Wallet is a digital wallet that lets you hold, send, receive, and manage digital dollars (USDC and USDT). Mundo Wallet safeguards your funds directly.

Who can use Mundo Wallet

You must be at least 18 years old and provide truthful information when creating your account.

Digital asset risks

The value of digital assets, including USDC and USDT, can fluctuate. In most of the countries where we operate, digital assets are not legal tender. You are responsible for understanding these risks before using the app.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account and access credentials secure, and for notifying us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

Prohibited uses

You may not use Mundo Wallet for illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or terrorism financing.

Fees

You will see the cost of every operation before confirming it, right in the app.

Mundo Wallet is available in Venezuela, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, and Bolivia. Feature availability may vary by country as we work toward compliance with applicable regulation in each market.

Suspension and account closure

We may suspend or close your account if we detect activity that violates these terms or applicable regulation.

Limitation of liability

Mundo Wallet is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, Estados Unidos, where Fupay Technologies LLC is incorporated.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the change is significant, we will let you know inside the app.
